We sell certified pre-owned and new devices that help you save money and have the newest tech. If you are not completely satisfied with your TronZip.com purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund in the form of store credit within 7 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply.

(You must request your return within 7 days of your purchase date)

• Select the item you want to return along with the reason for returning them.

• Include the return detail slip for each order you are returning. Attach the shipping label to the box. Cover up any previous delivery addresses or bar codes on the box.

• Drop your labeled return shipment at any UPS or USPS location (depends on shipping carrier)

We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.TronZip.com
