Payment and Shipping

TronZip.com pays for your shipping and insured tracking for the value of your quote. Shipping labels are USPS priority mail and shipped directly to our NYC Headquarters at 5 Penn Plaza, New York, NY 10001

Honest Buying & Testing

Once the item is received, our team thoroughly evaluates and run tests on your device. Once the item is proven to be in the condition you specified, we'll send you a payment via check or via PayPal. If the device is not in the condition you specified, we will contact you with an updated quote, or return your item (whichever you prefer)

Rapid Payment

Please expect PayPal payments within 24-48 hours after the device is fully tested and you accept your offer. If you requested payment via check, please allow 7-10 business days for payment to arrive.
